Ashley Norfleet

Ashley Norfleet is a commercial and general management leader in clinical diagnostics with 15+ years of experience spanning sales, marketing, channel management, business development, and cross-functional leadership. She is currently Director and General Manager, Procalcitonin (PCT) and Licensed Markers at Thermo Fisher Scientific, where she leads strategy and execution for biomarker solutions that support earlier, more informed clinical decisions in complex hospital environments.

Across progressive leadership roles at Thermo Fisher—including general management, global marketing, partner management, and business development—Ashley has built deep expertise in hospital commercialization, clinical education, and partner-led growth.

Ashley holds a B.S. in Microbiology, Immunology and Molecular Genetics from UCLA and completed Stanford GSB’s Summer Institute of General Management. She brings a boardroom perspective grounded in patient impact, disciplined growth, and effective collaboration with partners and stakeholders.
