He has extensive experience working with various stakeholders, including local, state, and federal governments, non-profit organizations, and a Fortune 100 Healthcare Corporation, UnitedHealth Group.

Ted also founded, led to profitability, and sold a successful SaaS company. He is skilled at forging strong relationships and collaborations where he has consistently advanced highly-visible and high-impact community projects, leaving a lasting positive economic impact on communities. Ted has a proven track record of leading enterprise organizations and managing budgets exceeding $500 million, in roles such as a Vice President of Public Markets, VP Strategy, VP Business Development and Government Relations. He is known as a skilled strategic decision-maker with financial management acumen that consistently contributes to the financial stability and growth of organizations.

A community builder and grower, as a Chief Strategy Officer, Ted collaborated on the successful acquisition of more than $1.7 billion in funding for crucial projects such as Hiawatha light-rail transit line and the US Bank Stadium. His ability to secure such substantial funding demonstrates his expertise in navigating complex funding landscapes and building strong relationships with key stakeholders. Ted has excelled in negotiating and implementing numerous complex agreements with local, state, and federal governments, as well as private sector entities.

He has successfully forged partnerships with prominent organizations such as the Minnesota Vikings, Ryan Companies, and Mortenson Construction. As a leader, Ted has a strong commitment to diversity and inclusion. On the US Bank Stadium project, he exceeded workforce goals by achieving a workforce composition surpassing the targets.
