Gail Park Fast, MN, RN

Gail Park Fast brings over four decades of experience in pediatric nursing, public health, and health systems leadership, with a career spanning clinical care, academic instruction, and statewide program innovation. A graduate of the University of Washington (MN) and University of Michigan (BSN), she has focused her work on improving access to care for children and underserved populations.

As Administrator of the Washington State School Nurse Corps, Gail led innovative models to expand care delivery and address health disparities—work recognized with the Governor’s Award for Excellence in Health Care. She has also contributed to research advancing health equity and played key leadership roles during COVID-19 response efforts.

At bioDesign, Gail brings a critical, real-world lens on usability, accessibility, and care beyond clinical settings—helping ensure products like STiK and SkinClip are intuitive, effective, and deployable where they’re needed most.
